Steve Kramer serves as Vice President of the Home Builders Institute (HBI) Residential Construction Academy (RCA). Kramer joined HBI in 2002 and helped establish the HBI Residential Construction Academy with a goal of bridging the skills gap in the industry. Faye M. Nock serves as Vice President for Human Resources for Home Builders Institute (HBI). Nock is responsible for leading all aspects of the HR function and ensuring strong support of HBI’s program objectives. Specifically, she is responsible for talent management, training and management development, compensation & benefits, organizational development, employee relations and risk management. With more than 25 years of HR experience in multiple industries, Nock provides an indepth knowledge of human resources to HBI, which she joined in 2001. Under her leadership, several new programs have been implemented including a Leadership Development Institute and a flexible work program. Additionally, the performance management system has been overhauled and a number of work-life balance initiatives put into place, all of which were instrumental in HBI attaining the coveted “Great Places to Work” designation from Washingtonian magazine in 2005 and 2007. » READ MORE
CJ Tirone
Executive Vice President, HBI Job Corps
CJ Tirone serves as an Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Institute (HBI) and is responsible for approximately 69 HBI Job Corps centers and their 144 residential construction training programs that serve more than 3,000 youth per year. Tirone oversees an HBI Job Corps program with a $17 million budget and a staff of 170. He has served on workgroups for the National Office of Job Corps, part of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration and works closely with personnel in the Department’s Office of Apprenticeship. » READ MORE

Keith Albright serves as the Vice President for the Home Builders Institute (HBI) and has more than 30 years of experience educating and training adults and youth for journeyperson, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship positions in the building industry. In his current role, Mr. Albright oversees the operation of HBI’s largest residential construction training program. Dennis Torbett serves as a Vice President at the Home Builders Institute (HBI), and has over 30 years of experience in the employment, training and workforce development field.
