HBI Mission

As the workforce development arm of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB),
HBI’s mission is to serve the workforce development needs of NAHB, its members and the
entire federation.

Working through and with state and local HBAs, HBI seeks to advance and enrich the education, training and placement of men and women in careers serving the workforce needs of the residential building industry.

HBI’s mission is guided by a commitment to excellence embodied in a set of core values:
