Learn How to Partner with HBI

Home Builders Institute’s partnerships with the public and private sectors address the workforce needs of the home building industry by providing youth and adults with the skills they need for successful careers in residential construction and its related fields.

HBI works with national, state and local entities to design and deliver customized programs and resources that focus on the employment needs of anyone interested in careers in home building including at-risk youth, court-involved youth, adult ex-offenders, people with apparent and non-apparent disabilities, women and older workers.

HBI understands that each partner has particular needs and influences that must be accounted for when designing and delivering programming. The result is a network of effective training and job placement programs and complementing home building educational resources that involve different community service partners, partners who offer wrap around services and a variety of national, state and local public and private funders.
