HBI's The products and services offered through the Residential Construction Academy Series establish a direct link from the education and training programs to the construction industry!

For the first time, construction professionals and educators have created national standards for the construction trades. In the summer of 2001, the NAHB, through HBI, began the process of developing residential craft standards in five trades: carpentry, electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, and facilities maintenance.
