Advanced Residential Construction Superintendent Designation (ARCS)
In response to overwheling demand from members, instructors and students alike for additional and upgraded training, HBI is in the process of developing a second and advanced track of RCS programming--the Advanced Residential Construction Superintendent (ARCS) Desigation. Designed for individuals who have already received their original RCS Designation, the ARCS delves into more specific topics in the rapidly-expanding world of residential construction supervision. The ARCS series consists of three tracks of specialized courses:
Each track includes 4 courses, with topics ranging from how to manage conflict on the jobsite to financial fundamentals. To achieve the ARCS Designation, a student must take two course from each of the three tracks (6 classes total) and then take two more classes from the remaining, for a total of 8 classes.
